September looms upon us, drawing away the perennial sunlight of summer with it. The three great witches of Kalmar, banished by the solar powers, have finally woken from their deep slumber. They now thirst for revenge, to claim their stakes upon the world, once and for all! An army must be assembled, one that can overthrow their enemies through sheer power and force– with all the creatures of the night to their side, they shall never be defeated again!

Every semester we organise two weeks of light-hearted competition with a theme, 4 different teams, and an overarching storyline. The entire period is dedicated to welcoming novisches (new students) to Kalmar Nation, Lund, and Sweden. This semester, the Novisch Period will be held 14/09 - 28/09. The sign up link will drop on the 1st of September at 10 am, there are a limited number of spots so be sure to mark the date and time down in your calendars! Höstmörkret närmar sig och septembers nalkande dystra dagar dränerar den lilla sommar som vi har kvar. Kalmars tre häxmästare, som legat bundna i dvala av solen, vaknar sakta från sin sömn. De törstar efter hämnd. De smider planer om att ta över världen, och för att sätta sig själva på tronen. De håller på att rusta upp en armé. En armé som kan bestrida och besegra fienden, och som aldrig kommer kunna besegras. En armé bestående av alla nattens varelser!

Varje termin så organiserar Kalmar nation två veckor av lättsamma tävlingar, alla till ett särskilt tema. Där inngår fyra lag, samt en övergripande berättelse. Hela perioden är menad att välkomna novischer (nya studenter) till både Kalmar Nation, Lund samt Sverige. Denna termin hålls novischperioden från den 14/09 till 28/09. Anmälanslänken kommer finnas tillgänglig från klockan 10:00 den 01/09. Antalet platser är begränsade, så kom ihåg att anmäla dig så fort du kan!
